Unfortunately, cancer has touched someone in our lives. For those who don't know, my cancer journey started in 2019 where I was diagnosed with stomach cancer. It was removed, and my treatment was chemo for 3 long years in tablet form. I have 6 monthly CT scans, blood tests and a visit with my oncologist. My two closet friends (a married couple) died with bowel cancer and brain cancer within 2 years of each other. And now we are Grandma and Poppy Paul to their grandchildren.
I would like to see a world where through Cancer Research, reduces the risk of people having cancer. And ultimately have no cancer in the world.
