Australia's Biggest Morning Tea is a community event that raises vital funds to support those impacted by cancer. As the largest fundraising initiative organised by Cancer Council, this event encourages people at home, school, work, and in their communities to host tea parties and raise money for cancer research and support services. These gatherings can be as simple as sharing a cup of tea with friends. While the official date for Australia's Biggest Morning Tea typically falls on the last Thursday of May, people across the country host tea parties throughout the entire month to raise funds. The event has been running since 1994 and each year continues to be a resounding success, raising millions of dollars for Cancer Council.
