My cervical cancer journey
In 2022 at 29 years of age I was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of cervical cancer. After months of intensive treatments, surgery and a gruelling recovery I was given the all clear! I am so grateful to god and my medical team to be given a second chance at life. To celebrate one year in remission I will be hosting my first biggest morning tea. One of the things that stood out to me throughout my cancer journey is the more that I share my story, the more people I discover have been touched by this horrible disease in some way.
