In these challenging times, our Cambodian-Australian Welfare Council of NSW Inc. team is reaching out to you with a heartfelt request to support an important cause. We are hosting "Tea for Treatment: A Compassionate Morning" to raise funds for the Cancer Council and help those impacted by cancer. As we have personally experienced the devastating impact of cancer on our loved ones - physical, emotional, and financial - this cause holds a special place in our hearts.
We have set a fundraising goal of $500 and are contacting you personally to ask for your help in reaching it. Your contribution, no matter the amount will make a significant difference, helping to fund world-class cancer research and prevention initiatives, such as the HPV vaccine and the new cervical screening program. In addition, your donation will assist in funding essential support services for the 150,000 Australians diagnosed with cancer each year, particularly as the demand for these services has never been higher.

As someone who has lost loved ones to Cancer, and who has a loved one who is fighting cancer. I know the impacts are devastating and beyond words at times. My heart goes out to those who have lost someone dear, and I stand in solidarity with those who are still fighting. It is an honour for me to donate to this cause. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
